Rainbow Fountain, Banpo bridge

The Banpo Bridge is a significant extension in downtown Seoul over the Han River, South Korea, joining the Seocho and Yongsan areas. The extension is on top of Jamsu Bridge, framing the upper a large portion of a twofold deck span; it is the first twofold deck span implicit South Korea. Amid times of high precipitation, the Jamsu Bridge is intended to submerge as the water level of the stream climbs, as the lower deck lies near the waterline. The extension was assembled as a support span and was finished in 1982.

The Moonlight Rainbow Fountain is the world's longest extension wellspring that set a Guinness World Record with almost 10,000 LED spouts that run along both sides that is 1,140m long, shooting out 190 tons of water for every moment. Introduced in September 2009 on the Banpo Bridge, previous leader of Seoul Oh Se-hoon announced that the extension will further improve the city and showcase Seoul's eco-cordiality, as the water is pumped specifically from the stream itself and consistently reused. The extension has 38 water pumps and 380 spouts on either side, which draw 190 tons of water for every moment from the waterway 20 meters beneath the deck, and shoots the extent that 43 meters on a level plane.
